Tell us about your business:

My business is Ergo and Mane and she is a hairdressing business! I serve rural women doing hairdressing, taking care of women, giving women confidence, I hear them, they are validated and I hope I make them feel worthy contributing to giving them their power back! I specialise is womens colour but I am a super passionate all rounded and all services are offered in my salon. I love transforming women’s hair into gorgeous works of art anyone can be proud of.

How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?

As the proprietor of Ergo and Mane, a dedicated hairdressing salon, securing a grant of $10,000 would be a pivotal step in achieving significant business growth and community impact. This funding would primarily be channeled into renovating the new building into which my business will be relocated. The allocation of funds would go towards, enhancing customer service, new equipment, brand awareness and marketing, sustainability and energy efficiency and training and development. A $10,000 grant will not only facilitate a significant transformation of Ergo and Mane but also enable us to deliver superior service, engage more deeply with the community, and operate more sustainably. This investment is expected to generate a substantial return in terms of increased revenue, customer base expansion, and long-term business viability.

Please outline what you would spend the grant on:

$10,000 would go towards my salon furniture outfit! I absolutely have a very vision of Ergo & Manes new look. This money will only cover half of this expense, yes I have product quotes, but well worth the investment.
