Tell us about your business:

I have worked with women for over 14 years in the holistic health arena as a chiropractor. I know so many women struggle to know how to implement any health changes in their busy lives. They know what to do, but don’t know how or why they really should do it. That is where I come in. I get frustrated that I can only support a limited amount of women in person in clinic so 10 minute Dirt Nap ( a digital health business) has been born and is launching soon. It is online platform and supportive community where busy women can get the help and knowledge, they need from a health professional and fellow busy mum of three who absolutely gets the health has to be simple and easy, or it just doesn’t make the never ending to do list! I believe in the power of simplicity and community to empower busy women to lead healthy vibrant lives – and I can’t wait to expand this knowledge out of my clinic and into the world!

How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?

The $10k grant enables me to make a profound difference in women's lives by providing accessible resources & fostering a supportive community around holistic wellness. I can reach more women who may not have access to traditional healthcare, personalized support or are simply seeking uncomplicated health support from a health professional who understands their needs as a busy woman – because I am one! The more people I can reach and support – the more profitable I can be. It is as simple as that. This platform is designed to be an evergreen model – so it really is a case of the more I can reach (which takes money for marketing!) the more profit I can make. Australia’s digital health market was valued at $2.5Bn in 2022 and is estimated to reach $10.96Bn in 2030. I am ready to be part of this and help busy women be the healthiest versions of themselves!

Please outline what you would spend the grant on:

The $10k grant would primarily be used to invest in professional photography and videography services to enhance our brand's visual identity and content quality. I can take the photos and film content on my camera but having the funds to have professionals doing it would be ideal! Quotes for this are $4-5K

The remaining money would be allocated to targeted digital marketing campaigns and community-building initiatives, ensuring that our resources and products reach a broader audience of women. The grant allows the launch of targeted marketing campaigns, and really kickstart this new side of my business and get into the FemTech space!
