Fitness Lifestyle International (FLI) is a boutique fitness recruitment agency servicing the Australian fitness industry since 2018. I connect professionals with purpose-led businesses who promote great cultures, long-term career pathways, and high-performing teams.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
An extra $10K at this time would boost the completion of so many projects that have been at standstill. By digitalising my services I can reach more people, develop more professionals, educate more businesses toward better working environments and cultures, attract more people into the industry and be able to diversify my offering to suit more businesses at different stages of business and budgets. It would also enable me to bring on a support person to assist with resourcing and administration while I focus on necessary business development, I can take action and know I have the right support to be able to service new business and growth.
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
With the $10K grant I will be able to hire a web developer to complete multiple digital projects that have been designed but pending completion in my business for the past year. For example, mentoring program software, website upgrades and CRM integrations as well as multiple graphic design assets, templates, resources, landing pages, marketing/brand awareness and content creation so I can scale my offerings to the wider market. I would also hope to bring on a new casual team member to assist with administration and resourcing while I spend time on active business development.
