Tell us about your business:
Juliette Armand ANZ has been established in Australia for over nine years. I acquired the business in March 2023, gaining exclusive distribution rights for Australia and New Zealand. We operate two websites: one for professional beauty salons and skin clinics (B2B) and another for retail customers (B2C).
With my background in IT marketing and distribution, I sought a B2B skincare business and discovered Juliette Armand, a brand I fell in love with four years ago. Having been a former sales agent for JA, I recognized its growth potential. This Greek-manufactured brand resonates with my heritage, and I'm passionate about helping customers enhance their skin health.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
Winning this grant for Juliette Armand would profoundly impact my business. With exclusive access to the untapped market of New Zealand, we anticipate rising profits alongside growing brand recognition. The funds would be channeled into targeted marketing campaigns for beauty salons and skin clinics in the region, utilizing a blend of traditional and digital strategies. Plans include participation in the NZ beauty expo, tailored outreach to this audience, and digital marketing through Google, social media platforms, and PR efforts.
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
Successfully acquiring these funds would significantly ease our budget constraints for crucial tasks like web development, launching our websites, and ensuring regulatory compliance in New Zealand. Our marketing plan for Juliette Armand in New Zealand, slated for later in 2024, will benefit greatly from this support. Leveraging existing Australian systems and marketing strategies will help us minimize costs and allocate additional funds towards impactful marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness and market penetration.
