I help heart-centred solopreneurs to systemise, digitise & transform using human-centred design and clever operations so they can foolproof their businesses, ease overwhelm & take back Sunday. At the core is my proprietary SAS Formula™; the key framework I created to help small business owners Structure, Automate & Streamline (SAS) so that their business operations are sleek, well-oiled magic-making machines that boost their ability to amplify their impact.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
This grant opportunity would let me fast-track the launch of my new community-centred membership platform, Micro Yet Mighty™, and offer free access to the initial cohort of founding members during the trial period. It would also allow me to hire a specialised growth strategist and/or marketing consultant who could create a custom launch strategy and marketing plan that ensures the best chance at success. Furthermore, it means I could set aside paid client work to focus on getting the community off the ground during a week-long intensive build session to launch the MVP to the founding member group. Bringing together all the content, assets and offers within my business into this one bold, holistic and empowering community platform means I could amplify my impact by expanding access to my expertise to those who face financial barriers while also increasing my profit by leveraging a more effective business model.

Growth strategist / Marketing Consultant to strategise an optimal plan of attack for high impact, high growth MVP launch during initial 3 months = A$1,600
Content & asset creation of MVP website and community platform, learning content, customer journey emails & coaching sessions during first 3 months = $3,300
Hosting of member events during the pre-profitable phase of the platform = $1,980
