Tell us about your business:
Stumpys Bunches is me, Shaina! A photographer by trade, two years ago I decided to quit my full time job and get into the flower industry! Completely self taught, my clients choose me for my unique and creative arrangements. Primarily wedding floral styling, I also incorporate florals into my photography projects! I do this because I love making people happy and the feedback I receive from my clients let's me know I'm on the right track!
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
$10k would free up my time of hiring vans for events and jobs! It would allow me to fit out a van of my own so that I can transport my arrangements safely and securing to sites. With the added overhead of van hire omitted, I would be able to hire floral assistants onsite and within my studio to help with my work load whilst also showing my assistants that they too, can run their own business!
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
$10k would go towards purchasing a second hand van for my business without wiping out my business bank account. I'll be able to purchase a reliable vehicle and also wrap it with my business logo!
