Founded in 2016, based in Newcastle, Organised by Adrienne is an administration and event management company. A business built purely on word of mouth, today they are known as an industry leader, with a reputation of delivering to their customers, that provides the ultimate end-to-end business solutions.
Adrienne is seen by many as a connector, which has allowed her to connect many businesses with like-minded collaborators, ensuring she is adding value for each and every client. Adrienne is passionate about seeing the Australian VA industry continue to grow and support the community of small business owners.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
This office space would allow Adrienne to run her business, from a professional and accessible space (currently working from her home office) and would act as a hub for the growing VA community within her region.
The VA profession can be an extremely isolating role, which Adrienne has experienced first-hand, so creating a space for the local VA community to connect and collaborate would have a huge impact on each individual VA business owner. Offering them mentoring, resources, connection, skill sharing and a co-working hub that supports positive impact in their lives, and the lives of their customers.
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
$10k would cover the rental cost of an office space for one year. The space we have found is a large office building which is home for over 30 other local business owners which is the perfect space for other VAs to come and work from. They will have the opportunity to connect with other business owners and build their own business through those connections.
The rent is $12k pa + GST so the $10k grant would cover the rest of the calendar year in regard to rent.
