As a mother inspired to become a doula, I noticed there is a serious lack in traditional birth classes. This led me to create BirthTools Online Birthing Program, offering tailored courses for various needs like first-time moms, VBAC, twins, and C-section preparation.
Every woman is unique, and our birth preparation should reflect that. I believe mothers are capable of making their own birthing choices but often lack confidence, leading to rising birth trauma rates, especially among rural and indigenous women. I aim to be part of the solution by providing accessible and comprehensive support through BirthTools.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
As a mother raising three boys, I've immersed myself in learning about business and social media but stuck on how to move further. My doula business thrives because it's personal to me but BirthTools is online and I don't meet the people that find themselves on my website.
The grant would allow me to invest in professional assistance, focusing on building brand awareness and mastering digital media to reach a wider audience. I'm eager to learn these skills myself, ensuring BirthTools grows sustainably without excessive costs. This would significantly impact my business and support my family as they deserve.
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
It's imperative that I find the right type of professional support. Some of the funds would pay for a personalised marketing service and cover the costs of their recommendations. Things like, advertising, trainings, social media help, professional website editing, copywriting.
I want to learn how to do a lot myself but then also be advised on what to outsource efficiently with the funds! Essentially, I want someone to help me spread the grant as far as possible so I can take the brand off the ground!
