Innovating the Hospitality Industry in a future forward direction teaching them that we do what we do best (sales) so that they can do what they do best (operations).
Increasing Revenue for our clients to amounts they would not even think are possible through Events & Wedding Sales.
Increasing their conversion rates which ultimately leads to more revenue
Work/ Life balance, changing the dynamic for Event Managers: offering competitive pay, incentives, and opportunities to work the hours they would like. Assisting mothers back into the workforce & growing individuals through training that will broaden their horizons for their future careers.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
The $10k grant would revolutionise the way we are going to Market. Having bootlegged my way here, I’d be able to put a cash injection into Marketing & Advertising.
This will promote exposure and scalability for the agency like never before. Being the first of it’s kind in Australia I have to educate the Hospitality Industry on why this is the future of Sales and how the Agency will work better for their venue than the traditional “in house” Event Manager. This will also provide more flexible work from home jobs for talented Event Managers and Wedding Planners Australia Wide.

My plan is to invest the following funds into Marketing and Advertising:
Meta: $4,000.00
Using my training in Facebook Ads, create different designs, test these and implement the most successful
Google Ads: $3,000.00
During launch stages promote the agency using sponsored posts and keywords
Linkedin: $1,500.00
Advertise on my largest followed platform (over 7k followers) and use this as an educational piece to assist in changing the mindset around Sales for Hospitality Venues

Outsource production of my promotional video to uplevel it from my DIY video on my webpage
