Tell us about your business:
Clean the Nest exists to serve our local families, specifically busy women/mum's that struggle to fit it all in. We aim to ease the workload at home and mental load that many of us carry. We are not just cleaning their homes, we are easing their stress and giving them back precious time to spend enjoying their weekends, family, sports, activities and friends. By employing local women, we understand the pressures of family, life and the juggle to fit it all in. We aim to build trusted relationships and be a welcomed friend every time we knock on their door.
How would $5k or $10k enable you to create more profit and impact in your business?
$10k would enable Clean the Nest to reach more clients, build the brand in the local area, impact more families, ease their load, fill our schedule/current availabilities which would increase our sales and profit.
My personal aim is to be “off the tools” by 30 June. This would give me time to focus on the building the business, rather than working ‘in’ the business. With the view to introduce extra services, this grant would allow me the opportunity to implement these services, in turn increasing revenue.
Please outline what you would spend the grant on:
$10k would enable the business to build a new website (which is on the to-do list) and allow us to start advertising to specific areas that we currently service through Facebook and Instagram ads.
This money would allow us to have a custom website built, with a booking service and shopping cart, all whilst telling a story. It would automate and systemise our processes, saving us time but allowing us to build a customer journey with several touch points so we don’t miss anyone.
