WHAT I DO

We collect surplus produce dehydrate it and turn it into shelf stable lightweight soups, meals and snacks.

MY SUPERPOWER

The fact that we are utilizing surplus, 2nd and ugly produce to make our products. Last year we saved over 30 tons of produce destined for waste. We run the business sustainably and with a circular economy principle. All sphiker packaging is also home-compostable.

FUN FACT

I created the idea from my years as a scout leader taking youth into the Australian bush. I am the mother of 3 grown sons and knew when my last left home it was time to do something fun with my life.
