MY SUPERPOWER
Prior to entering my HR era I was a tax accountant, so I approach HR situation with financial acumen and a business solution approach. I like to work with my clients by empowering them to make effective choices through education and compliance.
Sometimes the problem that a client is hoping to solve, isn't necessarily the one that we act upon, but rather we take a proactive approach that enables a better outcome. I'm often asking "why" questions to seek greater clarity behind the work I do.
FUN FACT
On the weekends I often run Corporate Events for a Catering Company and have done so for the last 10 plus years - it's like having your own personal chef for the week.
It also enables me the opportunity to put my HR skills to the test, managing the team, practicing what I preach.
